Hometown - Bay Area, CA.
Bio - 6:AM (the bay area's own rock-n-roll wake up call) is an all original hard rock band, founded by Johnny and Dan in 1999 and based out of San Jose. 6:AM has been rocking the bay area for over 9 years(off and on). Their music is a mixture of each of the member's unique musical style and influences... ranging from classic rock, 80's metal, the straight ahead rock of the 90's and far beyond. The band's musical D.N.A. is made up of solid bass and drums, catchy, dirty guitars riffs and rich powerful vocals. "When the band first started, I wanted to put something together that was fun to play and enjoyable for the crowd. It was also more important to me that band as a whole could get along and function in the studio, on the stage, or just as friends. Instead of how many different ways someone could play an A chord."comments Johnny If you are looking for a "GOOD TIME HARD ROCK BAND", then you've found 6:AM! Over the years 6:AM has enjoyed quite of bit of success throught the San Francisco Bay Area by being regular headliners at most of their shows, performing on 107.7fm (THE BONE) Morning Show, doing an interview and "un-plugged" performance live on Pirate Cat Radio, appearing on Petuluma Live's television broadcast, performing mulitple times at BANDFEST (hosted by BANDS4BANDS), and recenly appearing on Versailles Records LICK IT UP(a millennium tribute to KISS) / STRIP CLUB ROCK. 6:AM is also a memeber of the BANDS4BANDS organization. An organization made of up of Bay Area bands who are dedicated to bringing quality live shows back to the bay area, by cross promoting and information sharing.
