Bio - It started in 2008, when 2 garage bands decided to form into one. In one band, Riley Olacsi (vocals) and Dylan Trent decided to form a screamo band, entitled 'Loveless December.' They got art and a few songs written, but made no further progress. But dylan decided to leave To Whom It May Concern to stay with his other band Foolsville Heroes, The best of luck to you dylan! Meanwhile, Steven Salka (vocals), and Matt Critchfield (guitar) began to start looking for members of a screamo/hardcore band they planned to start. At one point, Steven informed Riley of the new band he and Matt were starting. He asked if Riley was interested in playing guitar with the band. But Riley had a better idea - why not just put the 2 bands together? Both bands needed members, and both bands were of the same genre. So with that, the four of them created a new project, which they called 'To Whom It May Concern.' At this point in the band, they still needed a bassist and a drummer, so Riley contacted John (bass), a good friend of his, and John was interested in playing bass with them. In the mean time, the rest of the band continued looking for a drummer. Eventually, Matt found this guy named Ed (drums), then Mike came along and became the new guitarist So then the lineup was complete. They began practicing, and writing songs. Riley and Matt are the main songwriters, but contributions have been made by other members of the band. On February 17, the band recorded a 3-song demo at Riley's house. The band plans to record at an actual studio in the future.
